Welcome to Year 5
We start this term with a new topic 'Changes'.Well we are certainly having a change with all the snow! Hope you are all enjoying sledging and making snowmen!

Changes
What does this topic involve?
We are looking at solids, liquids and gases in science.You will be separating materials,looking at chemical changes in materials when you dissolve, melt,boil ,condense ,freeze and evaporate them. This should keep Year 5 very busy!

| Changes also includes geography and history.We are particularly looking at the village of Brockholes and how it has changed over time. |
